Working with Packs

GENERAL COMMENTS & TIPS:

Packs allow you to make buyers order a certain quantity of all sizes/dimensions for each specific color/print.

If the product sold in a pack is on Available in stock, the quantity deducted from your stock will be the total units the buyer has ordered.

If the entire product is a pack, do not check the box to create a pack. In that case, make sure that your product description clearly explains this product is a pack and details the products contained in that pack.

ACTIVATING THE PACK FOR A PRODUCT:

  1. Go to product detail and scroll down to the 'prices' section.
  2. Click on Check this box to create a pack.
  3. Enter the number in the 'Qty/pack' column where you want the size multiplied by every unit added by the buyer.

Example:

- You are selling a product in sizes S, M, and L in 3 different colors.

- You have entered '3' in the 'Qty/pack' column for the size S, '2' for the size M and '4' for the size L.

- The buyer enters the quantity '1' for your first color, '2' for your second color, and '0' for the third color. Consequently, the order will contain 3 in size S, 2 in M, and 4 in L for the first color. It will also contain 6 in S, 4 in M, and 8 in L for the second color. If this product is sold from stock, the exact total quantities for each color and size will be deducted from the stock.

Please note that the price you enter must be the unit price of a piece. It is that price that is displayed and multiplied by the total quantity ordered.
