Adding a Single Product to your Lines/Collection

Adding a single product is a straightforward process, perfect when you have only a few items or need to upload a specific product. Here's a step-by-step guide to make it easy:


Step 1: Navigate to Add/Edit Styles
Under your "Lines" section, click on Add/Edit Styles to start the process. Once the pop-up page opens, select "Add 1 at a Time" to begin entering details for a single product.


Information You Need to Fill Out:

1. Reference (Required)

  • Enter a reference number or the product name. Use the product name in this field if you don't have a reference number.

2. Item Name (Required)

  • Provide the product's name. If you only have a reference number, you can use it as the name.

3. Item Description (Required, English)

  • Include any relevant details about your product that buyers should know. For example:

    • Packaging details (e.g., sold in packs).

    • Unique product features.

  • If there’s no specific information to add, you can enter “-” or simply repeat the product name.

Note: If a buyer views your product in another language and the description is blank, the English version will appear automatically.

4. Images (At Least One Required)

  • Upload product images from the Image Library in the "IMAGES" folder.

  • Image Requirements:

    • Minimum resolution: 1080 x 1080 pixels.

    • Maximum file size: 5MB (for prints: 250 x 250 pixels, under 2MB).

    • Formats accepted: jpg, jpeg, png.

  • You can upload up to 8 images per product, mixing product shots with lifestyle visuals.

5. Prices (Required)

  • Before entering prices, select a size chart.

  • Ensure every size and color variant has a price; otherwise, those options won’t be available for purchase.

  • If no prices are set for a specific pricing zone, buyers from that zone won’t see the product.

  • Use a period (.) for decimals, not a comma (,).

6. Stock Levels (For "Available in Stock" Items)

  • Add inventory levels for available sizes.
