Delivery Notes Explained

Creating a Delivery Note

  1. Open the order you want to create a delivery note for. Scroll down and click the + button next to "Delivery Note."

    • The delivery note will open immediately.
    • If you want to keep the order page open while working on the delivery note, you can right-click the + button and open it in a new tab.

      

  2. Select the quantities you'd like to include in the delivery note. You can create a partial delivery note or multiple delivery notes as needed.

      

  3. Add the net weight, number of boxes, box dimensions, and any comments for the buyer.

  4. Click on Actions, then on Save.

  5. You can always delete the delivery note if needed. Simply click on Actions and select Delete Document.

  6. You can also generate a PDF of the delivery note and share it with your team if needed.
