Ordering Deadline for Pre-Orders

When setting up pre-orders, you’ll assign an ordering deadline in your line settings. This deadline determines when buyers can place orders. After this date, your products will still be visible to buyers, but they won’t be able to order them.

How to Adjust the Ordering Deadline

You can change the ordering deadline anytime by adjusting your line parameters. Here’s how:

  1. Go to “Pre-Orders or Available in Stock” from the general menu.
  2. Click on “Line Settings” for the relevant line.
  3. Scroll down to find “End of Ordering Process”, where you can update the deadline as needed.
You’ll also receive a reminder one week before the ordering deadline expires. This gives you time to make any last-minute adjustments—like extending the deadline by a few extra days or weeks, placing the line offline, duplicating it into “Available in Stock,” or archiving it if needed.
