Importing New Orders from an Excel File
Our importing feature lets you upload Excel order sheets directly into the system. But before you start, keep in mind that only specific order sheets can be imported successfully. You’ll need to use the Excel order sheets downloaded from your account. Here’s how to do it step-by-step.
Download the Right Excel Sheet:
- Go to “Pre-order & Available in Stock” in your account.
- Edit a line item, then click on “Print Order Form” to download the correct Excel sheet.

Important Notes Before Editing:
- Only make edits on the platform before downloading your Excel sheet; don’t modify the downloaded file directly (e.g., don’t delete rows, change names or prices, or alter columns).
- If you need to adjust products, make those changes on the platform first, then re-download the updated sheet.
Uploading and Managing Draft Orders:
- When your Excel order sheet is ready, upload it into the system. Your orders will automatically be created with the status “draft”.

- You can easily manage these draft orders—delete them, confirm them, send them to the buyer, or edit them—just like any order created directly on the platform.
