We’ve set up this engagement scoring system to help you track your progress. When your engagement level reaches 65%, that’s when you’ll start to see real benefits from the platform. The score gives you a clear, evolving gauge to help you move forward efficiently.
How Is My Engagement Calculated?
Points Added:
- More than 10 products available to order: +15%
(If your product count drops below 10, these points are deducted.) - More than 30 contacts in your address book with valid emails: +15%
(Over 150 contacts? Get an extra +10%.) - At least 1 email campaign sent to more than 30 contacts in the last 3 months: +25%
- A news post in the last month, online for at least 2 days: +10%
(These points are removed if no new post is made within a month.) - Lookbook is online: +5%
- More than 7 confirmed orders in the last 6 months: +20%
Points Deducted:
- No login from your company in over 3 weeks: -25%
(The points are restored the next time someone logs in before 3 weeks pass.) - Response time to an instant message from a buyer exceeds 2 business days: -10%
(Points are restored if your next response is within 2 business days.) - Processing time for access requests (for restricted brands) exceeds 2 business days: -10%
(Points are restored once the next request is handled within 2 business days.)

Is online
Has an order closing date (for pre-orders) later than today
Has a price, description, at least 3 pictures, and a composition listed
