1. Add a New Line
Click on "Add a New Line" under Pre-orders or Available in Stock.
Tip: Only create a new line when adding a new type of product (e.g., one line for ready-to-wear, one for shoes, one for tables, one for bed covers, etc.). This helps organize your products efficiently.
Create a new line if you have different ordering conditions for specific products (e.g., minimum order quantity, etc.). The goal is to match your marketing needs. Keep in mind that buyers will have to switch between lines to view all your products.
2. Enter All Requested Information About the Line
Line Name: Choose a clear and descriptive name for your product line.
Line Image: This image will appear on the page displaying all your lines and will also be shown on the first page of any PDF line sheets you generate.
Market Category: Select the appropriate category that best fits your product line.
3. Additional Line Information
Line Presentation: Write a brief description to present the line or collection.
End of Ordering Process (Pre-orders only): Set the final date for buyers to place orders for this line. After this date, buyers can still view the products, but they will no longer be able to order them. You’ll receive an email reminder 8 days before the date, allowing you to extend the ordering period if needed.
Delivery Period (Pre-orders only): Indicate the expected time frame for delivery.
Estimated Delivery (Available in stock only): For in-stock items, specify how many days it will take for buyers to receive their order after it’s confirmed. Be sure to account for local & remote locations or any potential delays.
Suggested Retail Price: Provide a multiplier for your wholesale prices to suggest retail pricing. This multiplier can be adjusted individually from inside the product. If you prefer not to provide a suggested retail price, you can leave this field blank.
Ordering Conditions: Specify any relevant conditions, such as minimum order amounts, minimum quantity per style, etc.
Agents: If you have added agents to your distribution network (under General Settings), you can link them to your line. Agents will only be able to see and sell the lines you assign to them.
4. Save and Start Adding Products
Once you’ve entered all the details, save your line.
Begin adding products, either one by one, in bulk with SKUs or 1 Line 1 product.
Important: None of the lines you create will be visible to buyers until at least one product is added to the collection.
