Move or duplicate products to Available in Stock (or another line)

If you want to move products or an entire line from Pre-Orders to Available in Stock (or any other line), you’ll need to duplicate the relevant products or styles and assign them to the new line.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Create the new line
    First, add a new line in Available in Stock. Use the same parameters as the original line (season, pricing zone, etc.), but adjust any delivery info specific to Available in Stock or Drops.

  2. Open the original line
    Go to the line that contains the products you want to move and click Edit line.

  3. Select the products
    Click Bulk actions and select all the products or styles you want to move.

  4. Duplicate to the new line
    Click Duplicate, then choose the destination line you just created.

Important: After duplicating, don’t forget to update the inventory for each product. Click Manage inventory to add stock quantities.

Once your inventory is set, you can place (publish) the products online so buyers can see and order them from the Available in Stock section.
