Changing a Buyers' Pricing Zone
Buyers are assigned by default to a pricing zone based on their country. However, you have the option to change the pricing zone, which will affect the prices they see for your products.
The pricing zone cannot be changed if there is a pending order with that buyer. This includes draft orders created by the buyer or initiated by a representative/agent.What Prices Do Buyers See?
When you add a buyer to your address book, they are automatically assigned to the pricing zone that corresponds with their country. However, you can manually choose any pricing zone for a buyer. The buyer will only see the prices set for the specific pricing zone they are linked to.
Changing the buyer's billing country does not affect the prices they see. Prices are tied exclusively to the pricing zone. If you need to change a buyer's pricing zone, ensure that there are no open or pending orders for that buyer.
