Understanding order statuses (for buyers)
Each of your orders has a status that shows its current progress:
Draft: The order hasn’t been sent to the brand yet, so you can still make changes—adjust quantities, add or remove items, etc.
Order Sent, Pending Brand's Confirmation: You’ve sent the order to the brand for review. Now, just wait for the brand to confirm or return it to you for final confirmation. If you don’t hear back, feel free to message the brand in the chat or reach out to our customer service team.
Your Confirmation Required: The brand has reviewed and sent the order back to you for final approval. At this stage, payment terms, taxes, and other conditions should be set. You can still adjust the order—add or remove items, change quantities, or cancel. When you're ready, send it back to the brand for final confirmation.
Confirmed Order: The order is now confirmed, so changes aren’t possible. However, if you need to adjust something, you can reach out to the brand through the chat and request them to re-open the order—this is only possible if no invoice has been issued yet.
Canceled by You or the Brand: If an order was canceled but you’d like to reactivate it, you can message the brand in the chat or simply start a new order.
You’ll receive an email notification whenever there’s a status update on your order, so you’re always kept in the loop.
