Size/Dimensions: creating and managing your Product Size Charts
A size/dimensions chart serves as a collection of sizes or dimensions tailored to a specific category of products.
For instance, you might have one size chart for clothing, another for shoes, and a separate dimensions chart for sofas or accessories.

It's essential to create a single size chart that includes all sizes for the same type of style, rather than separate charts for each product.
Adding a Size Chart
- Go to ‘Sizes/Dimensions’ in the general menu.
- Click on ‘Add a size chart’.
- Name your size chart.
(This is for your internal use only; buyers won’t see this name.) Set up your ‘Group name’.
(This also won’t be shown to buyers)
Groups help organize sizes that share the same price.
- For example, if sizes 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36 have the same price, add them to a group (e.g., “Group 1”).
- If larger sizes (e.g., 37, 38, 39, and 40) have a different price, create another group (e.g., “Group 2”).
- Add your sizes.
You can enter sizes however you like, but we recommend using standard sizing that’s recognized globally to avoid confusion. - Save your size chart.
Helpful Tips
Avoid duplicate sizes: Each size should only appear once in the same size chart.
Missing prices? Any sizes without prices won’t be visible to buyers. So, you can include multiple sizes in one chart even if some won’t be used for certain products.
- For example, one product may come in XS and S, while another comes in S, M, and L. You can have a single chart with sizes XS, S, M, and L.
Single size products: If you have a product that comes in just one size, we suggest naming it "One Size" or "Unique Size." Use English for size names, as they won’t be automatically translated into other languages.
Reordering sizes: You can easily rearrange the order of sizes within a group by dragging and dropping them into place.
Important Notes
Deleting a size chart:
- If the chart is linked to a product that’s currently online, the product will automatically go offline.
- If it’s used for a product that’s part of an open order, the product will be removed from that order.
