Restricted Access Accounts

Restricted Access Accounts

You have the option to restrict buyer access to your account, meaning buyers will need to send you a request before they can view your product lines.

How to Restrict Access

If you’d like to set up restricted access, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the general menu and click on 'Brand Presentation' in the 'Brand Settings' section.
  2. Check the 'Restrict Access' box.

Note: We recommend using this setting cautiously, as it may limit your visibility and exposure to potential buyers.

Managing Access Requests

To handle access requests, navigate to the general menu and select 'Manage Buyer’s Access' in the 'Clients and prospects management' section.

When managing requests, you have the flexibility to grant access for:

  • Unlimited Time: The buyer can view your lines indefinitely.
  • A Set Number of Days: Choose how long they can access your lines.

You can view all new access requests on your dashboard. Plus, you’ll receive an email notification each time a buyer submits a request, allowing you to respond promptly.

Important Note

Keep in mind that when you add a contact to your address book, you’re granting that buyer unlimited access to your product lines. If needed, you can remove them from your address book later to revoke their access.
