Understanding Platforms and Warehouses

Understanding Platforms and Warehouses

If you need to change these settings, find the Platforms/warehouses by going to the main menu- under the general settings sections, click on Platforms/warehouses.

If you're shipping all your orders from a single location, you'll only need to add one platform.

However, if you're shipping from multiple locations, you'll need to create a platform for each warehouse or shipping point you have. This ensures accurate stock management across different locations.

For each platform/warehouse, stock levels will be managed separately. When an order is confirmed for products marked as 'immediate deliveries,' the stock will be automatically reduced from the relevant platform. For example, if a buyer from Japan places an order and you confirm it, the stock will be deducted from the platform assigned to Japan.

If you need to modify these settings, navigate to the main menu and select 'Platforms/Warehouses' under the General Settings section.

Note: By default, we've set up a single platform for all countries. We recommend creating your own platforms with specific names for better organization. Once you've done that, feel free to delete the default platform.
