Importing Contacts to Your Address Book
The platform makes it easy to add contacts to your address book, whether you're adding buyers individually or importing them in bulk.
Getting Started with Importing Contacts
To make the import process smooth, the platform provides a step-by-step upload tool that allows you to map columns from your Excel file to the corresponding fields in the platform. This process ensures that your data is correctly formatted and assigned to the right fields.
Preparing Your Excel File
- Use the Sample File: You can download the sample file provided on the platform. This sample will show you the format and data types that can be imported, making it easier to prepare your file.
Create Your Own File: You can also create your own Excel file, but it must include the following compulsory fields:
- Email
- Invoicing Country
- Company Name
Business Name

Use the first row of your file for column names that clearly describe the content of each column. This will help you easily identify and map your data during the import process.
Importing Process
Once your file is ready:
- Upload it to the platform through the import tool or drop the Excel/CSV file.
- Follow the prompts to map each column in your file to the correct field in the address book.
- Confirm the import, and your contacts will be added to your address book.

Important:
- All contacts you add to your address book have immediate access to your collections.
- Please comply with GDPR regulations by ensuring all contacts are verified and permissioned; any misuse may lead to temporary suspension of your account.
