How to contact Brands / Vendors

Contacting brands or vendors through our platform is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

From your main dashboard, click on the "Messages" option in the general menu.
Start a message by selecting "New Conversation" to browse the list of available brands or vendors. Click on the brand you wish to contact to begin your message.
Send Attachments
If needed, you can include attachments with your message. Simply click on the attachment icon and upload the files you'd like to share.
Receive Prompt Notifications
Once you send a message, if it remains unread for more than 10 minutes, an email notification will automatically be sent to ensure you or the brand are aware of the new message.
