Email Tracking in Orderwizz

The Email Tracking page lets you monitor default emails automatically sent from the platform. These emails cover actions like order confirmations, invoice updates, and catalog sharing, but don’t include marketing campaign emails.

Key Features of Email Tracking

  • Sender: Shows the sender.
  • Recipient: Displays the buyer’s name or company.
  • Company: Shows the name of the company associated with the recipient.
  • Date: The date the email was sent.
  • Status: The status of each email, including:
    • Sent: Email has been sent successfully.
    • Opened: Recipient has opened the email.
    • Clicked: Recipient has clicked a link in the email.
    • Spam: Email was marked as spam by the recipient’s email service.
    • Hard bounce: Email could not be delivered, usually due to an invalid address.
  • Subject: The subject line of the email for easy reference.
  • Select Action: Click the eye icon to view a preview of the email content.

Other Functionalities

  • Resend Email: Select an email and click Resend Email to resend it.
  • Statuses Filter: Use the Statuses dropdown to filter emails by status (e.g., Sent, Opened, Clicked) for quick access to specific types of emails.
  • Search: Use the Search bar to locate specific emails by entering keywords like recipient name, company, or subject.

InfoLimitations

The Email Tracking page only tracks platform-generated emails, such as order and invoice updates. To track email campaigns, go to the general menu, click on Email campaigns under the Communication section, and select the specific campaign to view its statistics.
