Document Settings / PDFs

You can easily customize the settings for the PDFs generated on the platform (such as orders, invoices, etc.) at any time. Simply navigate to the general menu, and under the Account section, select Your PDF Settings.

Within the PDF settings, you can modify all the default options to fit your preferences. For example, the header section typically allows you to add your brand name, a tagline, or any other message you'd like to include. The footer section is usually reserved for corporate information like your company name, address, or any other important details.

By default, documents will be numbered starting from 1. If you've already processed orders outside the platform, and your most recent order number is 126, you can easily start the numbering at 127 on this platform.

Once you’ve made your changes, don’t forget to save them to ensure they are applied to all future documents.
