The address book allows you to manage all your contacts. It is a key element of the CRM from which you can send messages, start orders, see all orders for a specific contact, etc.

Important:
- All contacts you add to your address book have immediate access to your collections.
- Please comply with GDPR regulations by ensuring all contacts are verified and permissioned; any misuse may lead to temporary suspension of your account.
Buyers and Prospects: Adding a customer or prospect to your address book does not automatically send an invitation. You have two options to invite them:
- Individual Invitation: Send a magic link that enables auto-login and directs them to the page of your choice, like your public page, a product detail page, or a list of your lines.
- Massive Invitations: For bulk invitations, use the Email Campaign feature to reach multiple contacts simultaneously.
Assigning a Sales Manager: When you assign a sales manager to a contact, that sales manager will automatically receive all email updates for future orders and messages associated with that buyer.
Removing Contacts: If you need to remove a buyer from your address book, simply click on "Actions" and then select "Delete."
Importing Contacts: You can import a list of contacts into the address book to streamline setup. For details, refer to our article on importing contacts.

However, if an email address needs to be updated, please contact our support team for assistance, as email addresses can’t be changed directly within the platform.
Privacy and Access Control
Roles and Permissions: Only users with the appropriate role (a specific set of permissions) can view and access your address book.

- Brands and Distributors: Your agents do not have access to your address book.
- Agents: Brands or distributors you work with do not have access to your address book.
